By accessing our website and utilizing our digital agency services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services & Pricing

Gorilla Digital provides strategy, design, and development services. All prices are listed and processed in BDT (৳) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the final designs and source code are transferred to the client. However, Gorilla Digital reserves the right to showcase the completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Gorilla Digital, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of our services.
