Return & Refund

1. Digital Services Nature

Due to the custom nature of digital design and development services, Gorilla Digital does not offer standard returns or refunds once a project has commenced and resources have been allocated.

2. Cancellation Policy

If you decide to cancel a project before work has begun, you will receive a full refund minus any payment gateway processing fees. If a project is cancelled mid-way, you will be billed for the hours/milestones completed up to that point.

3. Defective Delivery

If the delivered software or design contains major bugs or does not align with the agreed-upon project scope, we will revise and fix the issues at no extra cost within the agreed warranty period.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to the original method of payment in BDT (৳).
